Full-colour UV printing applies logos, text and images to acrylic panels. Ultraviolet light cures the ink during printing. At PrintMastery, printed acrylic is used for business logo signs, menu boards, photographs and decorative artwork.
Choose the product before choosing the size
A business logo panel, restaurant menu and personalized photograph have different available options. Start with the relevant product and use its current size, thickness and colour selections. A size mentioned in a general guide is not a promise that every product is available in that format.

Printed panels, cut letters and backlit signs are different products
A UV-printed panel carries the artwork on a backing panel. Individually cut 3D acrylic letters follow the logo shape without a rectangular backing. Our 3D backlit format uses a 3D-printed body, acrylic face and LED lighting. Ask for a quote on 3D and backlit projects; the printed-panel price does not include those constructions.

What to send with your artwork
- Your original logo or photograph, preferably the source file rather than a screenshot.
- Panel width and height, or total logo width for individually cut letters.
- Preferred acrylic material colour and the printed artwork colours.
- Exact wording, quantity and intended display location.
- Your delivery destination and required date, if any.
Use our size and artwork checklist to prepare your request. Small text and fine details should be reviewed at the actual production size. Check the digital proof for spelling, contact details, crop and layout before approval.
Material colour and printed colour
The acrylic colour and the ink colours are separate choices. Clear, coloured and other acrylic finishes can affect the result. Printed gold is a colour treatment; do not assume metallic foil or reflective metal is included. Ask about white ink, opacity and transparent areas where they matter to the design.
Mounting and care
Use the mounting method specified for the product. Standoff mounting and adhesive installation are different arrangements. Confirm wall suitability and any installation requirements before ordering. Do not assume every acrylic product includes identical fittings.
Standard acrylic can scratch. Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth and follow the instructions supplied with your print. UV curing does not itself guarantee a scratchproof, fadeproof or weatherproof sign. Describe exposure to sunlight, moisture or heat so the complete specification can be reviewed.
Production, shipping and pickup
UV-printed acrylic production is normally 3–4 business days after proof approval. Shipping transit is additional. Canada and USA shipping are available, and free pickup is available at 28 Gemini Crescent, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 2K6, after your order is ready. Confirm your required date before placing a time-sensitive order.
