Shipping to Canada and the USA
Our standard flat shipping rates are CAD $20 for Canada and CAD $70 for the USA. The applicable shipping options and charge for your delivery address are displayed at checkout. Eligible local addresses may show a separate local-delivery option.
For an oversized, unusual or custom-quoted project, confirm delivery arrangements and cost with us before ordering. Do not assume that the online standard rate covers a separately quoted project.
Free Richmond Hill Pickup
Pickup is available at 28 Gemini Crescent, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 2K6, Canada. Choose the available pickup option and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection.
Production Time Is Separate from Shipping
UV-printed acrylic production normally takes 3–4 business days after design proof approval. Individually cut 3D acrylic production normally takes 5–7 business days after approval. Confirm the schedule for other materials, backlit signs and custom projects in your quote.
Shipping transit begins after production and dispatch. For a wedding, opening or other deadline, send your destination and required date before ordering so we can confirm the available schedule. Production estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
